Since 2015, Clark's Caribbean Seven Sauce has been made in Helena, Alabama using a recipe originating from the Chaguanas Borough of Trinidad- Tobago. Using peaches, pineapples, vinegar, brown sugar, molasses, and mustard as well as Carolina Reaper and Naga Vipers, this hot sauce is so much more than just a sauce. It works great on chicken and pork as a marinade, or use it as a dip mix or dressing.
